Haus of Le Kookee began as a passion project born out of creativity, family, and a love for extraordinary flavors. After a 20-year career as a fashion designer in Los Angeles, I sought a more peaceful yet equally artistic path. Moving to the desert gave me the space to combine my design eye with my love of baking, crafting cookies that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Inspired by global travels, cultural traditions, and my own heritage, I began creating bold flavor combinations—like pistachio cream from Italy, churro-inspired cookies with dulce de leche, and classic Belgian chocolate chip. What started as a cottage kitchen venture quickly grew into farmers' markets, wholesale accounts with local cafés and hotels, and a loyal community of cookie lovers.
